Biography: Grégory Jemine is an assistant professor working within the Changing Workplace & Strategic HRM research field. He teaches courses on social dialogue, skills management, and the evolutions of the labor market. Grégory obtained a Ph.D. from the University of Liège, with a dissertation entitled “Organizing Strategic Decision: Decisional Work in New Ways of Working Projects”. His research interests include processes of digital transformation, the diffusion of technological innovations, as well as social dialogue in the workplace. His research has been published in international journals such as Information Technology & People, the Journal of Change Management, Qualitative Research in Organizations and Management, and the International Journal of Managing Projects in Business. Grégory has also been a visiting scholar at the University of St. Andrews (Scotland) and the University of Twente (Netherlands).
