The HEC Fund

Why donate?                  How to make a donation?                 Cycle of major European conferences

Have an impact on HEC Liège's life! Be a bridge between the School and future generations.  Your support is vital to offering innovative training to future talented, ambitious and versatile executives.

The object of the HEC Fund is to raise private funds in order to support HEC Liège's ambitions, strategic development and wish to consolidate its service to society.

For several years, HEC Liege, has set up trust partnerships with entreprises, resulting namely in the creation of over 10 chairs, fellowships and infrastructure development projects.

Further to these, in today's ever more competitive environment, the School calls upon individuals in order to enhance its degree of excellence and international reputation.

It is thanks to the support of a growing network of graduates, partners and donors that HEC Liège can raise to new challenges and look forward to the future.

We are deeply grateful to our donors

HEC is remarkable for
(i) the quality of its teaching and research,
(ii) the social and cultural experience that it brings to students; and
(iii) the economic impact on its region.

I benefited from these assets as a student and continue to do so today in my professional sphere, whether through recruiting HEC graduates, making scientific contributions in partnership with some professors or organizing events with HEC. My support to the HEC Fund therefore is but a fair return for my indebtedness to the School.

Alexandre STREEL
Alumni (promo 2002)

I welcome HEC's call to see Alumni support projects aimed at preparing the future of tomorrow's graduates through donating to the Foundation. This hand outstretched between generations of graduates is both a recognition and a sustainable investment

Alumni (promo 1978)

I gladly support HEC's projects for having witnessed the quality of communication and knowledge of the School's graduates. Their technical and economic knowledge duly equips them for the workplace. Their training ensures their competitiveness on the labour market.

Attending our students' final thesis defences has given occasion to representatives of industry, commerce and senior, including international, administration as well to appreciate the quality of HEC training.

Jean-Pierre PAELINCK
Senior lecturer and guest professor from 1980 to 2007

It is with great pleasure that I make a donation to HEC. I am pleased to be involved in the financing of the Fund and its projects.

Alumni (promo 1963)

I got a lot out of this training.  This was a real springboard in my professional life.  I think it only just to return a fraction of what I received.  Today, as we look forward to quality training, we must support specific projects, namely digitalisation and inspiring leadership. This is why I have decided to get personally involved in the School and support the HEC Fund.

Jacques GALLOY
Partner (promo 1993)

Through supporting the HEC Fund, I am contributing to tomorrow's student and executive training and to HEC Liège's involvement in its socio-economic context.

Benoît LEYS
Business Development Manager Indexxcapital (promo 2010)

For me, supporting the HEC Fund is a fair and logical return.  I have constructed part of myself on this School's benches.  I have an emotional bond with this place and region.

Managing Partner CEO Deloitte Luxembourg (promo 1989)

I have chosen to support the HEC Fund for a beautiful purpose and for the benefit of beautiful entreprises.  It is vital to sponsor such an institution, which develops and sustains entrepreneurship through quality training.  HEC Liège contributes to the future of our community.
